Join us with Nordic Northwest’s very own Cook and Eat Committee. This talented group of volunteers have organized and planned dozens of programs at Nordic Northwest (even before Nordia House was built!) These programs have seen hundreds of people in attendance. This is the chance to meet the members and hear from them about traditional Nordic recipes and where they see Nordic-American recipes going! They’ll be bringing in their own favorite recipe books and you can learn about a spin on a traditional recipe. This is a great chance to see our New Nordic Cuisine exhibit before it closes on March 27th!
