Max Verstappen is the 2021 F1 World Champion after winning the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in grand fashion after passing Lewis Hamilton for the lead in the final lap after a late safety car restart. He has enjoyed his best season in F1 after 6 years. He finally had a car to fight for the championship and it was a long time coming. With pole position in Bahrain it was clear he is going to be a force to be reckoned with. With 10 poles and 10 wins Max Verstappen has finally achieved his dream.
