Student Stories from the Field - Amy Cizik in Tanzania
The Thomas Francis Fellowship provided Amy Cizik the opportunity to travel to Tanzania to test a mobile phone application. The application is called Open Data Kit for an orthopedic surgical implant database. A PhD candidate in the UW School of Pharmacy, this was Amy's first foray into global health.
