Bringing Health Home, Combatting 'Brain Drain': Abdirashid Isaak, MPHc
Abdi is an MPH student at the UW Department of Global Health. Hear about what motivated him to enroll in an MPH program, and his plans to combat 'brain drain' and improve maternal child health in rural Kenya, his home country. Abdi has a background in counseling for refugee and immigrant populations, school based youth, and AIDS prevention work.
