GENDER EQUALITY: Could women make better custodians for world peace?

We will also be looking at the current state of female leadership in the context of conflicts raging in all the corners of the world notably in Europe as well as the various and continuous conflicts on the Continent. We will look at the role of women in the conflicts from front lines to the responsibilities and burdens of the one who stays home.
Questions: . What role does gender equity play in peacebuilding? What role do women have in the current climate of conflict in the world? What does female leadership look like right now?
