In this video, I talk about how cleansers are actually not as helpful as you truly think. They do technically work at cleansing the skin, but.... so do other products like a simple bar soap. They're expensive, so people believe that buying these cleansers will clear up their skin. However, this isn't necessarily true. They can help a little, but from the studies conducted, they aren't going to bring benefits that a gentle bar soap can't bring. I even put this to the test by using a bar soap for a week to see how it affects my skin.
