Hey everyone! It's me HawkeyeG and this time I've got another video with some specific tips for building Campaign armies in Total War: Warhammer. In this particular video I focus on Melee Infantry. I'll explain how they work. I'll categorize them in a couple different ways to establish different types and purposes that they can have. And then talk about how to add them into your army and how to best use them in different scenarios.
Almost every race has some form of primary unit that is Melee Infantry of one sort or another. Even for those who don't it's still useful to understand various concepts surrounding Melee Infantry and how they work! And being able to talk about these differences in a more conceptual way will help players to better understand how to use similar types of units across different types of rosters. Recognizing what a unit is meant to do and knowing how to do that with the unit is a fundamental aspect of success in Total War battles.
If you have any army building tips of your own please leave them in the comments section below. Or if you have any further questions feel free to ask those as well. Thanks for watching and have a great day!
