Mr Beast Sues Beast Burger | VDC FIGHTS BACK
Mr Beast is in the news and it's not looking good for him.
You guys know mr beast, I don’t need to explain who he is. The largest YouTuber on the platform. Bigger than pewdiepie in both subscribers and views.
Mr Beast is also known as the genius that started the mr beast burger franchise that became extremely successful within a matter of months after the release of his video “ I opened a restaurant that pays you to eat at it”. Right now there’s over 600 beast burger locations operating across the world. Now for the reason you all clicked on the video. A while ago, mr beast decided to sue mr beast burger. I know that sounds strange. The thing is Mr Beast doesn’t actually run the beast burger empire himself.
Mr Beast partnered with a company called virtual dining concepts, VDC for short, which was responsible for managing the mr beast burger franchises.
Now VDC used ghost kitchens to prepare mr beast’s burgers for him. Unfortunately the reviews for mr beast burgers have been less than stellar. Mr Beast is suing VDC because of the poor quality of the beast burgers.
Mr Beast's lawsuit had an 80 page pdf showing all the horrible reviews regarding the mr beast burger. The people who’ve tried the beast burger called it “disgusting, revolting and inedible.
Funnily enough, one of the first videos in the list of negative reviews was Eddie Burbank’s video that went viral months ago for exposing the horrible world of ghost kitchens. Oh and Ethan from h3h3 productions is here too.
So what’s the problem? VDC should just end the partnership right? Well that’s going to be difficult. VDC has apparently been going behind mr beasts back, registering various trademarks using the mr beast brand in different countries without mr beasts knowledge or permission.
What’s worse is Mr Beast himself said he hasn’t received a single dime even though VDC made millions of dollars through the beast burger business.
Mr Beast was extremely upset by the low quality of his beast burgers. He kept pestering vdc to improve the quality of the burgers but they didn’t take his words seriously.
VDCs beast burger franchisees kept churning out disgusting inedible burgers one after the other.
It got to the point. That Mr Beast acknowledged his beast burger was a mistake. He couldn’t guarantee the quality of the burger at all. In a tweet he said he enjoyed feastables 100 times more. Showing he would rather focus on chocolates he can control instead of subpar burgers he couldn’t oversee .

Mr Beast wants to be paid the royalties he's owed by the Virtual Dining Concepts company and an accounting of all the revenues and expenses of the mr beast burger business. Jimmy is also trying to stop VDC from using the mr beast likeness, name, image, and IP.
Basically Jimmy wants to shut down the entire mr beast burger operation.
His reputation had been dragged down through the mud and he had had enough. VDC responded in the worst way possible.
