As I continue to work hard during the launch week of my Digital Planning Retreat for 2021, I wanted to share a brand new episode of my #LessonsInResilience Interview Series with you.

In this episode, my friend Sarah Nicole Landry tells us about the changes she has noticed in herself since her last pregnancy as she prepares to deliver a new baby within the next few months. We have an incredibly deep and heartwarming conversation about what it means to advocate for yourself and ask for help when you need it, and how she has learned to become an advocate for herself, her body, and her boundaries through her lived experience and her pregnancy in the past few months.

Click through here to access this week’s episode, blog, journal prompts and art.

Here are this week’s episode time-codes:

8:30 - How Sarah is planning for this winter stretch + the birth of her new baby

11:26 - How strong the glamourization of hustle is in our culture and how Sarah has learned to advocate for herself and establish boundaries

14:26 - Sarah shares what her journey has been like watching her body change during this pregnancy after already having gone through a beautiful and intense relationship with her body before

19:56 - We discuss resiliency, and how it means learning to advocate for yourself and to communicate your feelings, emotions and boundaries

26:45 - We discuss mentorship and the ways that women can support each other in the entrepreneurship

37:35 - Inspired by Glennon Doyle, I ask Sarah: “What Breaks Her Heart’ and what she feels her larger purpose is. Sarah shares her mission to empower women.

That’s it! Thank you so much for tuning in to our conversation.
