In this movie, the love story of engineer Manouchehr and Leila is depicted. Manouchehr, a successful and strong-willed engineer, falls in love with Leila, a widow and mother of a child. But Manouchehr's mother is against this marriage and harasses Leila because of her past. He disturbs the couple every day and tries to separate them with threats and violence.
Over time, the psychological pressure caused by these tensions causes Manouchher to suffer an emotional crisis. He, who was deeply in love with Leila at first, is gradually influenced by his mother's behavior and mistreats Leila. This process not only negatively affects his relationship with Leila, but also endangers his mental health. Leila, who has all her hope in Manouchehr, is very upset and worried about this sudden change in his behavior.
