"Bitter Goodbye" unwanted separation
Engineer Manouchehr wakes up early in the morning and realizes that Leila is not at home. His anxiety and worry increase rapidly, and as he goes from room to room calling Leila's name, he feels that something very disturbing is happening. He searches but finds no trace of Leila.
In the meantime, engineer Manouchehr comes across a letter that Leila wrote to him. In this letter, Leila writes with deep and sincere feelings that she cannot be more ashamed of him and her family, and entrusts Ariana to God and then to Engineer Manouchehr. He also states that he will always have the love of Engineer Manouchehr in his heart and asks for his forgiveness.
This letter makes Manouchehr blame himself and tell his mother that he is the cause of this situation. While his heart is full of pain and regret, he goes to the mountains, the plains, and the desert to maybe find a trace of Leila, but his efforts remain fruitless.
