How to Process Called-In Sales in FTx POS (Without Taking Up a Register)
Do you take call-in or faxed-in orders? Good news! There's a better way to process sales with FTx POS, without taking up a register!
The process is easy: Simply create the order in Control Center. Then manually add items and save the order. Once created, the remote order will appear as a suspended sale at the store, which can be processed like any POS transaction.
Another option: Create remote orders with your POS handheld. Create an order in the handheld, scan the items to add, and save it for in-person processing.
