We launched a completely redesigned and rewritten Android app of Settle Up a year ago. Why did we switch our backend to Firebase and how did it work out? How did we handle design changes and managed user expectations? How did we approach marketing and monetization? Come to hear about our lessons learned relevant to other apps.
