Our company went through some big changes in the past year. Branding of our company was heavily based on our CEO and last DevFest.cz changed a lot. With the company's growth it became more obvious this status quo couldn't be dependent only on one person. Thanks to last DevFest.cz I have realised the real powerful nature of networking – it's not an empty buzzword anymore, but a huge opportunity. With this experience, let's talk about the benefits and overlaps among personal and employer branding.
