As promised to my friends on my channel, here is my clip about how I do anodizing.
It was on my to do list for a long time...a desire,to fix properly those ugly heads and spinners of the engines in my collection.
In the begin you will make some mistakes, but form that we learn and it involved each time.
Most vintage model engines, mainly diesels, have a bad surface, ruin heads and the collour is fading.
I not say, this is the perfect way to do it,I am sure, some things can be done better, but it works for me fine.Like with all things in life...
practice make a master.
I also like to experiment more than till now with the nickel plating process. And also one chrome plating.
I hope,it will help other collectors like me to bring up a bit light in this "secret" process.
