Minecraft 1.18 Sculk Worm Mod Preview (Beta)
Hello everyone, this is a little showcase of a new mod I have been working on for some time. It adds a new sculk-themed mob into the game, which I have ingenuously and creatively named the Sculk Worm. It is blind like the Warden and picks up vibrations across its entire body. It has 200 health and deals 14 damage. It can "walk" like a normal mob or tunnel around in solid material. It will (try to) avoid hazards like fire, lava, and high drops. It can't/wont dig through metal materials or wool. Once it hears enough vibrations it will enter its aggressive state and begin attacking the player(s) that triggered it. At the moment it ignores other mobs with the exception of pets. It can also grab and pull you into the ground to another cave to separate you from your friends or disorient you. It isn't implemented into the game yet, so it has to spawned via summons or its spawn egg. Warning: if you're underground and this thing is mad at you, it WILL find you.
