Marcus Ulpius Trajan was a Roman emperor who reigned from 98 AD until his death in 117 AD. He was the first emperor of non-Italic origin. He initiated the traditionally called Antonine dynasty or, according to a recent proposal, the Ulpio-Aelia dynasty.
Publius Aelius Hadrianus, officially known during his reign as Imperator Caesar Divi Traiani filius Traianus Hadrianus Augustus, and Divus Hadrianus after his deification, commonly known as Hadrian, was emperor of the Roman Empire.
