Season of Discovery is a mistake
The route Blizzard takes with Season of Discovery is both unexpected and underwhelming. I think that many who hope that Classic + is the future, will be disappointed in the coming months, as I have been disappointed when this announcement first took place. Perhaps there is a time where Blizzard decides to reverse course with all this safe BS in SoD, and actually take some risks, but that time is not now.
