When my mom died I felt so lost, hopeless, and empty. I had cared for her and that being her caregiver was my purpose. Trusting God with this season of my life has been the ultimate test of faith. Tusting him through this process and with the continuation of my purpose has been trying at times. Taken in that I have outgrown a lot of people, friendships that have come to the end of it’s season, discerning family members actions-words.
I am feeling more content in this isolation season with nearly 2 years in. I’m seeing my growth, I value my peace, happiness, and I’m trusting this process. I am seeing the beauty from my ashes, and that my obedience is better than sacrifice. I’m continuing to find my happy and making strides for Joy every day. One of my favorite Bible verses that I’ve been saying in this world and season
James 4 7:10
