Today we are going to make the ever so popular Birria Tacos con Consumé. And trust me, IT IS SO WORTH IT. THESE ARE AMAZING!
Ingredients
Chile Pasilla x3
Chile Guajillo x3
Chile Ancho x 3
Chipotle in Adobo (2 Tbs)
1 onion
Cilantro
Garlic (2 cloves)
Mozzarella Cheese
Corn tortillas
Beef of choice (Chuck Roast)
(Spice blend: Salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper)
Cumin
Oregano
Bay leaf
