WHATS GOING ON BLESSED SQUAD!?

Today we are making one of my favorite quick meals. Jerk Shrimp Rasta Pasta. This recipe is jumping with FLAVOUR! It's so delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

-Pasta of Choice (Penne)
-Sliced Bell peppers Red, Green, yellow etc.
-Shrimp (large deveined with tail)
-1 TBS of Stew (optional) Instructions on how to make it is below

-1.5 cups of heavy cream
-Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cream Seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Tony’s Creole ( has salt)
1 tsp Salt ya Mama

Shrimp Seasoning
1 tsp Tonys Cerole
1 tsp Jerk seasoning (from local supermarket)
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Paprika
