Common Error Messages & Codes:
As the rollers in the printer wear with use and age, a paper jam is likely to occur.
P000 - The document is jammed on the transport path.
P001 / P002 - The document is jammed near the feed inlet.
P004 / P006 / P007 - The document is jammed inside the scanner.
P010 - It is possible that the multiple documents are jammed inside the scanner.
Recommended Action:
When the roller replacement message appears, replace the rollers by following the relevant steps in the following sections. All three rollers should be replaced at the same time.
