Festivalo Co., Ltd. in Kanoya City has created a new baked confectionary product, "Yaki Lovely," based on their signature product, "Lovely." After much trial and error to overcome the challenge of the original's short shelf life, they achieved a balance of texture and shelf life through double baking. The product took approximately four years to develop and is attracting attention as a new Kagoshima souvenir.
