Joseph Ryan, Lori Vallow's third husband, was found dead in his apartment April 3, 2018. Six months later Lori is recorded in her first meeting with the Preparing a People group saying she wanted to murder him. Newly released photos from the day of his welfare check indicate he may have been lured out of fortress.
