Hedonism explained simply! (Aristippus of Cyrene)
In this video, I'll introduce you to the first concept of hedonism found in the history of philosophy: the hedonism of Aristippus of Cyrene, or the Cyrenaics. This is the first part of a three-part video series on hedonism. We'll examine how the everyday understanding of hedonism (always doing what brings immediate pleasure) aligns with philosophical concepts of hedonism.
