Epicurus' philosophy explained clearly!
In this video, I introduce you to Epicurus' negative hedonism. You'll learn about distinctions such as kinetic pleasure vs. katastematic pleasure, and terms like hēdonḗ, telos, and ataraxia (or ataraxia). I'll also show how one can achieve peace of mind (ataraxia) according to Epicurus, explaining his theories on fear, desire, and pain. I hope you enjoy!
