C3 LS Swap Pt 18: Starter Wiring Complete. First Crank of the LS1. Oil Pressure Good!!!
In this video, I wire up the starter and the alternator. I use a Summit alternator wiring kit to tie in my existing start circuit as well as providing an additional constant power source for my computer as well as for future circuits as required.
I am getting close to finally being able to hear this thing run.
Unfortunately, my new headers didn't arrive in time so I will have to wait for the next video to test fit them. Also, I am going to work on finishing up the engine control wiring.
I apologize for the sound quality of the video. I tried to film this video on my Ipad and while I am happy with the video quality, the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. In the future, I am going to use a combination of recording devices.
