SA_DOX : Improved Rain
New rain effect :D
After a lot of work, now the rain / after rain should look better. However this one still on process to optimized, due i'm too busy i can't do it quickly. I wish everything done really quick, however it's not easy.
Some new Function (for shader) are now finally done, for long term if i'm not in modding anymore.
