UP 9072 Z-Train Intermodal North - E. Swain Road Railroad Crossing, Stockton CA
(Filmed June 14, 2023) For my only catch of the day I came here to Swain Road to catch the northbound UP ZLCTM stack train. I barely made it here as my bike was having issues with its gears. Thankfully I got it taken care of and made it here with a few minutes to spare to setup before it passed through. The lead engine 9072 has a loud K5LLA horn. This crossing owned by UPRR is a mixed install with the close median signal being an early 2020s install. The other gated masts are an early to mid 2010s install and the cantilevers a 1990s install.
