Amtrak CDTX 90278 Light Engine Move South - Calaveras Bike Trail Pvt. Railroad Crossing, Stockton CA
(Filmed August 30, 2024) I returned here to the bike trail where I waited for about an hour before a southbound train showed up. It was an Amtrak move with an NPCU Cabbage and P42 heading south to the ACE Facility. I wasn’t able to get the ID number but it’s probably 860 or something else. This crossing owned by Union Pacific is a mixed install with the close signal being an SP 1960s to 1970s install with changes to its bell, lights, light heads, gate, gate lights, counterweight arm and the far signal is a SP 1980s to 1990s install with changes to its bell, lights, gate, gate lights, and light heads not being original.
