Charlie's Demon Form was a reference to her old design in Hazbin Hotel
Did you notice this in Hazbin Hotel?
During episode 8 we see the battle between heaven and hell. During one scene, charlie blocks one of adam’s attacks using her fist. Her fist becomes larger and red. This was a reference to charlie’s earliest design, where she again had a large red fist.
This could be a glimpse of what charlie’s full demon form may look like.
