Playin on 'easy' makes this trophy a lot easier. In the first section of Chapter 3, Blood & Rust (available via chapter select), you will find two friendly titans fighting with a group of enemies. Clear the enemies as quickly as possible ensuring that the two friendlies survive the attack. As soon as one of the friendly titans thanks you for assisting them, the trophy / achievement will pop.
