Shortly after 'The Womb of the Mountain' mission, you will come across you first Tallneck. Simply jump on to the Tallneck's back from a higher vantage point and proceed to climb all the way to the top via the yellow parts of the Tallneck's body. Once you reach the top, Aloy will access info from the Tallneck's memory and the Trophy will pop shortly afterward.
