Download a Facebook Video Using MacBook Air
To have Facebook videos in 1080p or higher you would need to use a screen recording software.
Steps
1. Open your screen recording software (I use OBS Studio)
2. Open Facebook video to full screen.
3. Click start recording on the bottom right using OBS Studio.
4. Once the Facebook video finishes. Scroll up to the software icon beside the Wi-Fi icon and click stop recording.
5. Click on Finder, then Home, then Movies folder, then you'll see the video title Year, Month, Date, Time
