During the Lucien Séguy Technical Day in September 2024, Jacky Berland explained how he leveraged his soil conservation agriculture practice when selling his farm. Indeed, over more than 20 years of direct seeding, he has agglomerated his soils and increased his organic matter content by an average of 2%. This enabled him to incorporate this improvement into an agricultural fund and benefit from the carbon credit system thanks to the work of APAD.
