This video shows you the basics of naming ranges. Naming ranges will allow you to designate them as variables to condense your formulas making them easier to understand and maintain when changes need to be made. It's possible to define a name for a function, cell range, constant, or table. Naming ranges make it easier to duplicate large tables where the name table acts as a copy that changes when the original table changes.
Once you get used to naming ranges, they can be referenced, edited, and even created in the name manager under the formulas tab.
