2 lbs Ground Beef
1 medium size Cabbage
2 packs of Eggroll Wrappers
1 cup of Soy Sauce
1 bundle (about 8 stalks) of Green Onions
1 White Onion
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Vegetable Oil for frying
