Use LuckPerms to give your players permissions.
How to use the PlayerEconomy Plugin:
Players need OP or Permissions to use the commands in this plugin. You can find a list of permissions from where you install the plugin. If a player has the permission pe.withdraw, they should be able to withdraw money onto a banknote.
