I will show you how to use the CataMines Minecraft Plugin in this video.

How to set up a mine with CataMines:
Use the WorldEdit wand command. (//wand) With the wand, select two opposite corners of where you want to place your mine.
Then make a region with WorldGuard. (/rg create TestMine) Once you have made a region, in this case, it's called TestMine, set the flags you want for that region. (/rg flag TestMine block-break allow)
Now select the region while you're standing in it. (/rg select)
Make the mine. (/cm create TestMine) Change the mine rest time, flags, and what blocks appear in the mine with the command /cm GUI.
