The Unique Cheeses of Alléosse
Beneath the surface of Paris, hidden gems await in the 17th arrondissement. Alléosse is one of the few master cheesemakers to age his cheeses in the capital, but there's more. He offers a unique selection of cheeses "cooked" by him, such as the Mystère d'Ambert, with dried fruit, raisins, and a few other secret ingredients, as its name suggests. Cheese is even better when it's good.
