Nwaka Ego
Eastern Ministers Guitar Band-Nwaka Ego. The Eastern Ministers Guitar band were an igbo highlife band hailing from Owerri. Led by the late John Ikediala, they had a number of hits including: " Uwa Tuto Uwa Fufu"and " Ariri Otu Nwa", but I think this song was their most popular hit. I put a translation at the bottom of the page, it's not what I would consider a great translation, but I don't speak owerri dialect and i barely understand it, but if someone out there has a better translation than I do, feel free to put it up.
