Just a quick run through of Xbow/Dagger gearing recommendations and skill recommendations for leveling + Post 50 PVP and PVE builds.

There is no BIS build, this game is very "Rock Paper Scissors" so some stats recommended are recommended based on assumptions that there are a lot of melee users, if there are not a lot of melee users then switch Plate items for Leather Pieces because they give Ranged and Magic Defensive Traits.
