Does eStore Logistics handle returns?
eStore Logistics handles returns for all of its customers. We have a returns platform which we make available to our customers. The platform allows our customers to book the return and arrange that with their customers. Once the stock arrives to our warehouses, we can perform an assessment to work-out whether the return should be moved to a seconds area (e.g. for an auction house for reselling) or moved back to new stock to be sold on for a new order down the track. Our reverse logistics services provide flexibility to our customers and we are able to provide solutions which are suitable to their needs.
