Mounting bearings into gearbox with induction heater
The video shows the use of a #simatherm IH 025 #induction heating device at the company Aebi Schmidt Burgdorf. Aebi Schmidt offers a wide variety of solutions for cleaning and clearing traffic areas as well as for maintaining green spaces in challenging terrain. The simatherm IH 025 is used to heat and then mount #bearings 32307 J2-Q for gearbox construction. The simatherm Hot Plate is used simultaneously with the simatherm induction heating device. This allows various workpieces to be heated to the target temperature, e.g. the #bearing 32307 J2-Q to 90 degrees, sleeves on the hot plate to 110 C°. This enables fast, reliable operation, which is essential for series assembly in gear manufacturing. The simatherm IH 025 can heat rolling bearings weighing up to 10 kg. It is also the only device in the world with 8 adjustable power levels. This ensures gentle heating for pre-greased bearings, precision bearings and sealed bearings. The gearboxes shown in the video are used for a wide range of municipal machines.
