Efficient Heating with IH210 Induction Heater for A 520 Clutch
In this video, we showcase the successful application of the simatherm induction heater IH210 in the Delémont wastewater treatment plant. The IH210 played a crucial role in the precise and efficient assembly of a screw pump clutch, supplied by Hany AG aus Jona, for the Delémont plant.
Key Highlights:
The IH210 induction heater was used to heat the A 520 clutch half, which has an outer diameter of 520 mm and a weight of 140 kg, to 130 degrees Celsius.
Demonstrated rapid and accurate heating times: 110°C in 19 minutes and 130°C in 23 minutes.
This efficiency significantly improved the reliability and speed of the assembly process.
Provided optimal heat distribution, open heating, and automatic demagnetization, ensuring a clean and safe process essential for wastewater treatment facilities.
Replaced suboptimal conventional heating methods previously used by the customer, enhancing the pump's longevity and maintenance ease.
