At first I thought "why is this theme so cool for a Stage 4 boss??", ha.
I thought maybe because she's an old god? She looks cute in fanart but I can't help but imagine her as an older lady - I mean, old goddess who crafted the heroine's yin-yang orbs and dithers on about things no one understands? It's just perfect. Of course, fandom is allergic to any woman who doesn't look 25 :P
Reading ZUN's description for this song, he composed it with the idea of facing someone mysterious who you couldn't identify as friend or foe. Honestly, I couldn't describe it better. So I guess that's why it sounds cool lol
