The Stage 3 theme from Touhou 18: Unconnected Marketeers
This melody just cracks me up. It sounds like an anime opening!! And such a stark contrast to the boss theme coming up. In all seriousness though, it's a really good theme. Coupled with the graphics in this game being some of the best so far, everything really lends itselves to creating some beautiful stages.
