Prior to founding PerformanceSPARK, David ran a consulting firm called ALLAZE Inc., and held senior leadership posts with Maritz, Drake International, the Canadian Securities Institute, The Royal Conservatory of Music, and Horn.
He was a core author of the Canadian Professional Sales Association's Skills for Sales Success series of programs and texts, and was a pioneer in the development of Canada's only professional designations for sales professionals.
He has also been Adjunct Faculty at Schulich Executive Education Centre at York University in Toronto, and the Graduate School at Royal Roads University in Victoria.
