Salto celebrates World Environment Day
"Our land is our future," as we strive to protect and restore it, we are taking essential steps to combat climate change, rejuvenate nature, and enhance the livelihoods and food security of billions of people worldwide.
According to the United Nations, up to 40% of the planet's land is degraded, emphasizing the critical need for ecosystem restoration. This year's theme inspired us at Salto to take action and restore the ecosystem surrounding our factory in North Spain. Through our collective efforts, we successfully recovered over 225 kg of waste from the mountains and green spaces near our Salto workplace.
