Vita3K is currently available for Windows, Mac, Android, Linux, and Android operating systems.

Vita3K is still very early in development, so you should expect there to be a good number of bugs/issues. Thankfully, the awesome devs are constantly working to improve performance and compatibility, so things are always getting better.
